The rules,
such as they are
Draft. These words were written for this site and have not
been reviewed by anyone qualified. Nothing here was copied from another
site, because a policy is somebody's actual legal document. Replace this
before the site takes a real order.
Orders
An order is accepted when it is dispatched, not when it is placed. If something sells out between those two moments, the order is refunded in full.
Shipping
Most orders take about a fortnight because they are packed by hand between shows. If an order has not moved in a month, write and it will be chased or refunded.
Returns
Anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded. Records are not returnable once opened, for the same reason every record shop has that rule.
Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable and are not refundable unless the show is cancelled or moved. If a show is cancelled the full face value comes back, including the booking fee.
